Dr. Sara Gibson began her career as an optometrist in 2019 and has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since 2022. She practices at our Meadows location on E 38th in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Gibson graduated with a BA in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. She is an expert in ocular disease and is IOA and AOA certified.
When asked why she enjoys working at Dr. Tavel, Dr. Gibson said, “I enjoy working at Tavel because of the work life balance I am provided by working here. I also met my best friend at Tavel before she went on to pursue a different optical track.”
In her free time, Dr. Gibson enjoys roller skating and going to concerts.
