James Hartill, OD

Dr. James Hartill began his career as an optometrist in 1990 and has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since then. He practices at our Shelbyville, IN office. Dr. Hartill graduated with a BS and MBA from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. He is an expert in ocular disease.
