Dr. Hannah Honaker began her career as an optometrist at Dr. Tavel in 2024 and practices at our E 10th and Lafayette Road locations in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Honaker graduated with a BS in Biology from The University of Kentucky, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana School of Optometry. She is an expert in ocular disease and is AOA and IOA certified.
When asked why she enjoys working at Dr. Tavel, Dr. Honaker said “I enjoy working at Dr. Tavel because I get to work alongside an amazing support system of doctors and staff that truly feel like family.”
Dr. Honaker recently adopted a dog who is 2-year old Irish Setter/Chocolate Lab mix named Alfie with her husband. Her favorite TV show of all time is Gilmore Girls.
