Dr. David Seay began his career as an optometrist in 1987 and has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since 2001. He practices at our office on South East Street in Indianapolis, IN. Dr. Seay graduated with a BS in Biology from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. He is an expert in pediatric care (ages 3+) and geriatric care and is IOA and AOA certified.
When asked why he enjoys working at Dr. Tavel, Dr. Seay said that working here has allowed him to focus solely on providing top-notch patient care without having to worry about the business side of providing eyecare.
In his free time, Dr. Seay enjoys playing with his dogs and going to dog shows. He is also a long time fan of the Minnesota Vikings and Chicago Cubs.
