Dr. David Rich began his career as an optometrist in 2000 and has been practicing at Dr. Tavel since 2018. Dr. Rich is a floating doctor and practices at many of our offices across Indiana. Dr. Rich graduated with a BS in Biochemistry from Indiana University Bloomington, and a Doctor of Optometry from Indiana University School of Optometry. He is an expert in ocular disease and is AOA and IOA certified.
When asked why he enjoys working at Dr. Tavel, Dr. Rich said “While Dr. Tavel spans a great deal of Indiana, we feel like a close-knit, welcoming family.”
In his free time, Dr. Rich enjoys computer games and working with local community theaters.
